Career Opportunities:

Speech-Language Pathologist
​
(Part-Time)

Responsibilities:
  • Perform speech-language evaluations and conduct speech-language therapy sessions appropriate to the developmental level of the child or student.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate professional relationships with
    children, their families, and staff.
  • Fulfill record keeping and statistical requirements accurately and
    in a timely manner.
  • Home, office-based, and teletherapy opportunities available.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as an SLP; recent graduates encouraged to
    apply
  • Must possess a Master's degree in speech-language pathology and
    certification by the New York State Department of Education as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) or a Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD).
    Experience in early childhood special needs population assessment
    and treatment a plus.
  • Credentials Required: NYS licensed SLP/TSLD, CF
    Required license or certification: NY State SLP License
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus but not required.​
Physical Therapist
​(Part-Time)

Responsibilities:
  • Perform evaluations and conduct physical therapy sessions appropriate to the developmental level and needs of child or student.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate professional relationships with
    children, their families, and staff.
  • Fulfill record keeping and statistical requirements accurately and
    in a timely manner.
  • Home, office-based, and teletherapy opportunities available.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a PT; recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • ​Credentials Required: Licensed in NYS; Must have graduated from a program accredited by The Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus but not required.

 Occupational Therapist
​(Part-Time)

Responsibilities:
  • Perform evaluations and conduct occupational therapy sessions appropriate to the developmental level and needs of child or student.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate professional relationships with
    children, their families, and staff.
  • Fulfill record keeping and statistical requirements accurately and
    in a timely manner.
  • Home, office-based, and teletherapy opportunities available.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as an OT; recent graduates encouraged to
    apply
  • ​Credentials Required: OTR, Licensed in NYS
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus but not required.
